As part of the joint cooperation between the Afro-Asian Union (AAU) and Sahel and Sahara Bank for Investment and Commerce, a leadership development training course was conducted for the bank’s senior management, with the participation of representatives from over four different African nationalities.

The training program spanned five consecutive days, under the supervision of His Excellency Prof. Adel Rayan, Dean of the Faculty of Management at the Japanese University, and Prof. Zainab Kotb, an expert in protocol and body language.

The course focused on practical aspects of effective leadership practices and the professionalism of decision-making, in addition to intensive practical workshops on protocol, ceremonies, and body language.
