Program Description:

The Master’s in International Commercial Arbitration is an advanced academic program focused on the study of international arbitration laws and procedures.

In 2023, the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in Washington recorded 978 arbitration cases—an important indicator of the unprecedented growth in arbitration cases.

According to international statistics and reports, whether in domestic or international transactions, parties increasingly prefer arbitration to resolve disputes due to the many advantages it offers compared to national courts. This growing demand highlights the need for skilled and impartial arbitrators. Are you ready for this step?

This master’s program, offered by the Afro-Asian Union for International Law, qualifies students to become internationally recognized arbitrators registered on the Union’s arbitrator list. The program enhances both practical and academic expertise through carefully designed, up-to-date courses tailored to prepare professionals for handling international cases.
